To create your own menu, simply start by selecting a choice from the main courses listed below. If you would like something that is not listed here, simply contact us. Our chefs are creative and we are very flexible.
- Shank of lamb, garlic & thyme mash with red wine gravy
- Confit of pork belly on bubble & squeak with apple foam & crackling stick
- Baked salmon on roasted pepper, caper berry, baby spinach & new potatoes
- Powters award winning Newmarket sausages with mashed potato & red cabbage marmalade and lashings of onion gravy
- Fillet of pork, potato crispy cake, baby apple & sage jus
- Chicken breast stuffed with a filling of your choice and with a sauce to compliment the filling i.e. Chorizo and olive stuffing with Provencal sauce
- Rump of lamb with potato rosti, cherry vine tomatoes, asparagus & rich claret jus
- Chicken supreme with forest mushrooms and pancetta with dauphinoise potatoes
- Butternut squash stuffed with red onion, wilted spinach cream & parmesan (V)
- Mushroom Gougère (Savoury choux pastry ring) (V)
- Chick pea and sherry roast (vegan)
- Table Carvers – We have recently catered a wedding where we roasted joints of meat and served them to the table for your guests to carve (we supplied the carving knives etc) the bride supplied chef’s hats and aprons for their designated carver; it was lots of fun…..
- Table Picnic – lots of good things for your guests to eat, spread out on the tables on platters and stands for them to dive into. Very social!
